When placing orders with Central Dispatch,
1-866-806-7700, please provide the following:
• An accurate date and specific time for your concrete order to be delivered.
• Accurate directions to the job and include the name of the project, street
name and lot number for each order placed.
• A P.O. or job number if required by your company.
• Information regarding type of placement; i.e., footings, walls, slabs, etc.
and if the placement is interior or exterior.
• The mix strength required and if it is to be air or non-air entrained.
• Any additives desired, such as fibers, retarders, superplasticizers, etc.
If the project requires testing and approved mix designs, please order by
mix code and mix strength.
• In our western service area (Winchester, Riverton,
Strasburg, and Mt. Jackson plants), please tell us the type of sand required.
• Method of unloading concrete (i.e., directly from truck, pumped, craned, etc.).
• Accurate quantities. A set quantity with a "plus" indicates that up to one full load
above original scheduled quantity will be delivered.
• Slump required.
• Time spacing between loads.
• Most importantly, please keep the lines of communication open. If anything changes,
please contact us immediately so that we can make the necessary adjustments to
meet your requirements.
